Thank you for attending this special pre-release screening of LOVE AFTER WAR hosted by United Spinal Association.
This feature-length documentary, directed and produced by long-time United Spinal member, Dr. Mitchell Tepper, delves deep into the intimate lives of injured veterans and their partners. It is a story of patriotism, courage, sacrifice, true love, physical and emotional pain, altruism, coming home, and sexual healing. The accounts of their journeys illustrate how each veteran profiled in the film faces the challenges of returning home with a disability and musters up the courage and fortitude above and beyond what was needed for war to restore their sexuality and rebuild their romantic partnerships.
United Spinal Association is a national 501(c) (3) nonprofit membership organization dedicated to empowering people with spinal cord injuries and disorders (SCI/D), including veterans, to live successful and fulfilling lives.
