Welcome, employers, job seekers and other disability advocates and allies! We're excited to share this story of employment possibilities with you!
This programming — the award-winning documentary Hearts of Glass and an interactive panel discussion — is brought to you by NTI.
Hearts of Glass follows the tumultuous first 15 months of operation of Vertical Harvest (VH) of Jackson, Wyoming, a state-of-the-art hydroponic greenhouse that provides meaningful employment for people with disabilities.
The film weaves the story of VH’s launch with the personal journeys of employees with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Plants and people grow together in this intimate portrait of innovation, inclusion and impact.
The film is being presented with descriptive audio and closed captioning (English and Spanish).
Watch the film at your convenience from October 20 through the 28th. Don't forget to join us for a lively panel discussion with audience Q&A on October 26th at 2 pm ET. More details on how to register for the panel under the "Q&A" tab.
If you have questions about the panel discussion, please email Claudia Montan at NTI or call her at 857-302-5245.
