We can't bring home the Rohna soldiers who were lost at sea and forgotten, but with this film we can bring home their story and their honor while recognizing them for their sacrifice. We are now trying to locate the Gold Star families of the soldiers killed on the Rohna. Please take a look at your state on our website to see if any names look familiar. Names by state and hometown are on our website: ROHNA CASUALTIES
2,000 US soldiers board a transport ship with lifeboats that were rusted so badly that they would never be launched. The following day the ship is sunk by a radio-guided missile, killing 1015 US soldiers in what remains the greatest loss of life at sea in the history of any US war.
